We’ve been busy.
Here are all the updates on openings and membership upgrades.
As always thanks for doing your part to keep this community growing and we look forward to opening doors to members as we find new spaces to call our own.
NSFW Bowery
NSFW Soho will close its doors in November with plans to move into our new Clubhouse Nov 15th. We’re raising $60-$80k for Bowery to handle costs for the rental ($24k monthly). Speaking to current member supporters to assist on the build. We’re working on revenue and profit share repayment for loans which are built into the first two years of operation. These include monthly commitments from four Exec.KeyHolders and member loans starting at $10k.
The new Clubhouse will include our first KeyHolder Lounge, a private play space for our most supportive members. Sprawled across 4600 sqft, this new home for the adventurous is planned to open for previews in December with a NYE Launch into 2024. There’s a roof deck, two elevators and a ton of other major upgrades for this new playground. This space will have a lot more lounge areas than our current location, allowing members to better connect before parties and provide plenty of daytime space for content production and co-chilling. NSFW Bowery will be a model for future Clubhouses and open for daytime and late night parties.
NSFW Brooklyn
Our partnership with Trill.fit was recently announced. We have renovations to complete by Jan 1st to be ready for play, but we’ll be hosting NSFW Classes from the new location starting in November, as well as running a special lifetime membership promotion for early supporting members. Check the calendar for upcoming dates.
NSFW Miami
We’ve found a location for a beachside penthouse space in Miami. We’re currently negotiating a pop-up Clubhouse for Miami Art Basel. Based on the success, we will be hosting additional events at the space. We’re raising an additional $150k to put towards the Miami Clubhouse over the next few months.
During that time, we’ll locate a second location somewhere between Miami and Fort Lauderdale for a full time Clubhouse. This space will follow the model of NSFW Bowery with KeyHolder Lounge, daytime access and late night events.

Provide financing to cover build out costs. I’m currently speaking to supporting members to bring this together and ensure we hit our opening dates, but always open for options. Poly in more ways than one.
Get a KeyHolder Member Card or become an Exec. KeyHolder to unlock a lot of new perks. Exec.KeyHolder’s are offered profit sharing on the Clubhouse location paid quarterly. We’re going to have a similar program for Brooklyn for 6 select members.
